Booking a Miami exterminator for ants, bees, roaches or bed bugs takes one call. If you would rather write, the form below goes to the same crew. Send a photo with it and we can usually tell you what you have before we drive over.

Describe the problem

Which pest, where in the house, and for how long. That is enough for a first answer. We call back to book the inspection; nothing gets scheduled or charged from this form.

Photo tips that get you a real answer

A blurry picture of a bug on a white wall tells us very little. A sharp one of where it lives tells us most of the job. Email photos to [email protected] with your name and street, or text them after we speak.

  1. Bed bugs: the mattress seam, not the bitePeel back the piping along the edge of the mattress at the head end and shoot it with your phone flashlight on, from the side. Dark spotting, pale shed skins or eggs in that fold are what we are looking for. Bites on skin look like a dozen other things. A good seam photo is half a bed bug inspection before we arrive.
  2. Roaches: the hinge and the undersideOpen the cabinet under the sink and the one beside the stove. Photograph the hinges and the top corners. Pepper-like specks there mean German roaches are living in the cabinet, which is the most common call we take for roach control in Miami apartments.
  3. Bees: from a safe distance, with contextStand back at least 30 feet. One wide shot that shows where on the building they are going in, and how high off the ground. A swarm on a branch and a colony entering a soffit gap are two very different jobs, and bee removal in Miami is priced on exactly that: where the colony sits, how high, and what has to come open. Do not spray them first.
  4. Ants: one next to a coinPut a coin beside a few ants and take the picture close. Size and color tell ghost ants from big-headed ants from fire ants, and the treatment is not the same.
  5. Anything you already usedThe can, the bait station, the fogger box. Keep the label out of focus if you like; the shape is enough. It saves ten minutes of questions at the door.

What happens next, in order

The full routine and the kit are on the about page. Per-pest method and price basis are on services.

  1. We call you back

From 786-849-8713. A few questions about the pest, the rooms and what has been applied. If it is something we do not handle, like termites or rodents, we say so then.

  2. We book the inspection

A time that suits you and the route. Bed bug and bee jobs may wait for a photo first so the right gear comes on the truck.

  3. We look, then quote

The price is given in the house after the walk-through, with the follow-up visits it includes. Roach jobs usually run two visits about 14 days apart.

Bees going into a wall near the front door?

Call rather than write. Keep people and pets away from the entrance and do not spray it.
