The three categories

Strictly necessary

Two things. The key site_consent_v2, which remembers whether you pressed Allow or Decline, and the chat token, which lets you reopen a support conversation after closing the tab. Neither tracks you across other sites. Neither needs consent, because without them the banner would nag you on every page and the chat would forget you mid-sentence.

Analytics

Counting visits and which pages people read. Controlled by the analytics_storage signal. Off until you allow it.

Advertising

Cookies from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads that store the click identifier and tell the platform an ad led to an inquiry. Off until you allow it. We use them to find out which ads produce phone calls and which ones burn money; we do not use them to follow you around the web with pictures of cockroaches.

Every cookie and storage key

Names are the ones the platforms use at the time of writing. They rename things occasionally; when they do, we update this table.

Every row marked Advertising or Analytics is absent from your browser until you press Allow.

Ad platforms and the click identifiers they attach

Paid ads send people here today. Somebody in Kendall searches "bee removal miami", sees our ad, taps it, and the link that opens this site carries a tag from the platform that showed the ad.

  Google Ads. Added to the link on every click from a Google ad.

• msclkid

  Microsoft Advertising. Added on clicks from Bing and the Microsoft network.

• fbclid

  Meta Ads. Added on clicks from Facebook and Instagram, where a campaign runs there.

The identifier is in the address bar whether you consent or not. What your choice controls is whether a cookie stores it and whether the conversion is reported back. Buying ads on a platform says nothing about whether that platform has looked at this business, and we claim no review or approval by any of them.

Consent Mode v2

The first script on every page, before any tag, sets Google consent mode defaults. Four signals start at denied:

• ad_storage: may advertising cookies be written.
• ad_user_data: may data about you be sent to Google for advertising.
• ad_personalization: may that data be used for personalised ads.
• analytics_storage: may analytics cookies be written.

They stay denied until you press Allow. Then all four become granted. Press Decline, or withdraw later, and all four go back to denied at that moment, not at the next page load. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, they stay denied and the banner does not ask.

While the signals are denied, Google tags can send cookieless pings with no identifier attached. That is how consent mode works and it is the reason the Decline button does what it says.

Giving and changing consent

On your first visit a banner sits at the bottom of the screen. It does not cover the page; you can read about ghost ants with it still there. Allow and Decline are the same size and the same weight. Nothing is pre-ticked.

To change your mind, press Cookie settings in the legal row of the footer on any page, or the button below. The banner comes back and your new answer replaces the old one straight away. Your choice is kept 12 months, then we ask again.

Clearing your browser's site data also wipes the choice, and the banner appears next visit.

What happens if you decline

Everything you came for still works. You can read the services page, send an inquiry, use the chat and call 786-849-8713. The quote is the same and the technician is the same.

What stops: no advertising or analytics cookie is written, the click identifier is not stored, and no conversion is reported to Google, Microsoft or Meta. We lose the ability to tell which ad brought you. That is our problem, not yours.
